Cascade Culinary Institute heard from guests asking for an improved way to learn in advance about reservation openings at their student-operated restaurant, Elevation. Beginning this term, an email notification will alert guests in advance of when reservations will open.
Elevation lunch reservations will be open starting Wednesday, October 4, at 12 p.m. Reservations can be made online and will be on a first-come, first-served basis. Kindly limit your reservations to one or two max per term to allow other community members to experience the student learning at Elevation.
This term, Elevation lunch service will be Oct. 9-Dec. 8 (Mon./Tues./Thurs./Fri.), with 11 a.m.-noon seatings.
