Sisters Ranger District Station Resumes Visitor Services Aug. 25th

forest813135

The Sisters Ranger District station will resume visitor services on Aug. 25, following the transition to the new office building. The new building is located directly adjacent to the previous ranger station at 201 North Pine Street in Sisters.

Building access and parking will be limited for staff and the public for about two months due to the demolition of the current ranger station, landscaping and new parking lot paving.

Temporary parking and visitor access will require streetside parking on Pine Street or across Highway 20 at Sisters Gateway Park. Visitors who park at Sisters Gateway Park can use the sidewalk along Highway 20 to access the ranger station. The public is encouraged to use the crosswalk across Highway 20 and use caution when crossing the road as traffic is often busy in the area.
