Two local Rotary Clubs are coming together to host a community-wide Summer Social on Thursday, June 12, from 5:00 to 8:00 p.m. at LOGE Bend (19221 SW Century Drive). The event is free, family-friendly, and open to all ages.
Enjoy live music by Station Camp, a food truck (AlpenGlow), and drinks available for purchase in the laid-back outdoor setting of LOGE Bend. RSVPs are encouraged (but not required) via MeetUp.com, helping organizers plan for a great turnout.
“Rotary clubs are a great way to get involved in your community,” said Steve Ferber, president of the Rotary Club of Bend. “Whether you’re already serving, curious about what we do, or just looking to meet people who care – this event is for you.”
Throughout the evening, Rotarians will be on hand to answer questions and share info on key local and international initiatives, including:
- The Great Duck Race
• Youth Exchange Program
• Daddy–Daughter Dance
• Pints for Polio
From supporting Bethlehem Inn’s expansion in 2016 to building the inclusive Rotary Centennial Park in 2005, Central Oregon’s Rotary Clubs continue to make a real impact—locally and globally.
