Central Oregon’s most scenic adventure is back for its fourth year. The Big Butte Challenge invites hikers, runners, and beer-lovers alike to take on 9+ iconic buttes and celebrate each summit with a cold craft pint from local breweries. This self-paced summer challenge kicks off May 23rd and runs through October 1st.
New this year! More Buttes, More Brews, More Fun
Last season’s popular additions, Vista Butte and Tam-A-Lau Trail, are officially here to stay—bringing even more awe-inspiring scenery to the lineup. And because we just can’t help ourselves, another butte and brew pairing may be added mid-season. Already registered? Any new hikes will automatically be included in your challenge—bonus beer token included.
