Two people were arrested after police raided an RV on Hunnell Road Thursday. Deschutes County Sheriff’s Office Street Crimes Detectives applied for and were granted a search warrant for a recreational vehicle, acting as a dwelling. The Street Crimes Unit (SCU) conducted a short-term investigation regarding the illegal distribution of fentanyl in the area north of Bend. SCU utilized numerous investigative tactics to obtain evidence of drug sales at that location.
As a result of the search warrant execution a commercial quantity of counterfeit oxycodone pills containing suspected fentanyl was seized. Additionally, investigators located two firearms to include an AR style rifle. A commercial quantity of suspected methamphetamine was also located and seized.
Two transients were arrested on a list of charges. One suspect was found to be out of compliance with his sex offender registration.
