The Frontier Regional 911 Center, at the request of the Gilliam County Sheriff’s Office sent a Level 3 – Go NOW evacuation notice early Sunday afternoon for the Lone Rock Community due to the imminent threat the Lone Rock Fire burning in Gilliam County poses.
The alert was sent out via the Frontier Regional Emergency Alert system which is available to sign up for by visiting this link. This alert was also distributed via the Wireless Emergency Alert (WEA) system to ensure maximum reach and urgency to the community.
